If you still download illegally (i do it sparingly, but mainly because of the viruses that inevitably overflow your poor computer when you do it) try to find "It Isn't Exact" by the Bees. It's from their early days of just Paul and Aaron in the shed and boy is it lovely. It's got that lazy and sweet sound that they perfected on Sunshine Hit Me. It's not every day that you find a Bees song you haven't heard, so i'm playing this one over and over today.

ALso, check out "Jackel head" which is from the same Bees era. It's more in their 60s psychedelic style.

One more thing, please don't make Canada a Conservative ruled country...

Although I'm as far from being called a conservative as the average person gets, I honestly don't see any other option than for them to form government. I'm not voting for them, but the Liberals are moving as far away from governing responsibly as possible. Really, having a right leaning party in charge for a few years isn't going to be that bad. It's the inevitability of democratic government, it will shift from left to right and back over time.

But anyways, Hi Ewan and Co.! I'm living and working in Saskatoon now, so maybe I'll see you guys around.

My papa (a political scientist) said that every generation lets Conservatives into office once, watches them fuck up, and then vote someone else in.

Let's just hope the fuck ups are reversible.
